Responsibilities:
• Working with the Marketing Director in delivering business objectives in EU and develop EU Marketing Plan. Execute agreed marketing activities according to the plan and track marketing spending against the budget.
• Working with Sales, define the target audience, segmentation and product positioning for every key country in EU. Customize and help translate the marketing presentations for sales use.
• Drive awareness and reinforce LDV brand and product messaging by identifying and launching multi-platforms local marketing actions, conferences, branding and speaking opportunities.
• Working with agencies and media companies, develop local content articles and adapt existing advertising assets for publications to ensure the LDV marketing messages are presented in the right media to the right target segment.
• Working with agencies to manage local social media platforms for local content and languages.
• Identify case studies with Sales Teams and work with agencies to prepare local content to showcase these case studies.
• Work with distributors to execute co-marketing activities such as conferences, roadshows, in-country events and the printing of materials to support the sales and business plans in EU.
• Assist in the execution of large exhibitions and events in EU.
• Interface with solar associations and industry forums in EU to obtain professional knowledge for business opportunities.
• Administer and track marketing activities in the company’s internal process and approval system to ensure completeness and compliance.

Qualifications
• At least 4 years of experience in PV industry.
• Fluent English and Polish
• managerial experience in marketing of technical products
